Wellbeing Sessions
As well as the Solution Focused Hypnotherapy , I offer a range of services that support you to 'be the change you want'. I have been working in the Health and Wellbeing sector for over 20 years and have a range of skills to help you improve your mental wellbeing.
I am Wellbeing trainer specialising in wellbeing, mindfulness and meditation. I am a qualified life coach, counsellor and trainer and have lots of experience in helping people change behaviour on a one to one and in a group setting.
Wellbeing Services
Wellbeing Coaching
Every one is unique and so are the sessions. In the initial session we will look at what is working and where you would like to make changes.
You will then create a wellbeing plan that you can implement into your daily routine that is sustainable and fun.
In the future sessions you will learn how to create positive change by making wellbeing part of your daily routine.
When you have completed your six week there is further support in the form of online or in person workshops to help you to keep on track and improving your wellbeing.
Meditation and Mindfulness
Meditation and mindfulness can help you to 'declutter' your busy mind and help you to improve your wellbeing.
Over the course of the 6 weeks you will learn about mindfulness and how to incorporate it into your daily life.
You will learn how to still your mind and become present in the moment, so that you can enjoy your life.
Life Coaching
If you have a desire to achieve more in your personal life and would like support to identify your life goals then coaching is for you.
I use a number of tools and techniques, as well as my experience using a holistic approach to help you find what drives you to create change.
In the sessions you will create a life plan and my role is to help to keep you focused and motivated to make the changes and achieve your goals
